Tennis is one of the healthiest sports activities played by people of all ages. It promotes physical, mental, and emotional health and encourages interaction, communication, and fun with other tennis enthusiasts.
At the Tennis Academy, you learn the basic techniques and tactics of the game with the aid of a personal coach who will train you and improve your technique. Children and adults of all ages and levels are welcome to participate!
The individual training program includes:
• Game equipment (racquets, balls).
• A 60' training session tailored to your physical abilities and requirements. Your coach may also organize training sessions with other athletes of a similar level.
• Tournaments with other athletes of similar age and level if there is sufficient participation.
